Ok so here it is fall already and fantasy football well underway. The GIANTS are looking ok but my chances of winning my league are dwindling. Along with autumn comes hunting,fishing, wasting time doing backbreaking yard work and eating beef jerky. Yeah I said it. Can you really enjoy these activities without beef jerky? I don't think so!
So... I am making the first batch of MANLY BEEF JERKY
I have nothing against eating different brands of jerky but have been telling myself for years I want to make my own beef jerky and after years of smoking meats(giggity), grilling, making marinades and rubs... I have a blend that is ready for jerky.
So I will post how it came out. I just wanted to post about it as it's a manly endeavor and with my new job, not new anymore, I've been neglecting you.
